While it doesn’t have a strong butter flavor as I wanted, the aftertaste is buttery and it is excellent in baked goods. It does spread and is mold-able, if instructions are followed.

  5. Ryder (verified owner)

Haven’t actually made a stick pf butter yet but is very flavorful and I just sprinkled a little of the powdered butter on my popcorn.

  6. Liam (verified owner)

I love this butter powder. I don’t like oil, so I use it instead of actual butter for vegetables, oatmeal and more. It’s great and last for a very long time.

I lije to keep this on hand to take camping or when we run out of butter since it has got expensive I don’t buy it much.

Didn’t need butter, but noted price of a pound is $4 Generic and $6 as much or more for Name brands.
This is equal to 25 – 4 oz sticks or 6.25 boxes of 1 pound butter boxes for 205 tbsp., at $20 that’s breakeven or better.
I plan on repacking in vacuum sealed packaging and placing in cool dark place as expiration is 11/32.
Cannot attest to taste yet, going to use in Mac & Cheese with starch water from cooking and Nido Milk powder and cheese. Should be a good test if creamy.
